Our Team
CouponsDo is run by a small team, and this page tells you who does what — by role, not by name. We don’t publish individual names, photos or CVs: the work on this site should speak for itself, and our editors’ job is to check offers, not to build personal profiles. If you need to reach us, our contact page and [email protected] both go to the same team.
Who does what
- Editor — writes and reviews the store pages, checks offers against the merchant’s official site, and keeps listings up to date.
- Verification Lead — runs the checks behind our verification levels, tests codes at checkout where possible, and decides what counts as verified.
- Content Editor — edits every page for accuracy and plain language, and makes sure conditions like minimum spends and expiry dates are stated clearly.
- Partnerships — talks to merchants who want to list their offers, and makes sure anything a merchant supplies is verified before it goes live.
- Support — reads every report and correction that comes in, and routes it to the right editor.
How we work
Every offer passes through at least two pairs of eyes: the editor who writes it up, and the person who checks it. We work from the merchant’s official website, we don’t invent codes or figures, and we fix mistakes when they’re pointed out. We also listen to readers. If you spot a mistake, our Corrections page explains how to report it, and if a coupon doesn’t work, our Report a Coupon page is the quickest way to tell us. Reports from readers are one of the best ways we find out that an offer has changed — so if something looks wrong, say so.
