About Ocado
Ocado is the UK’s online-only supermarket — the only place to get M&S Food online, alongside the Ocado Own Range and big brands. It sells groceries, fresh and bakery items, frozen food, household, toiletries, baby and pet products.
Delivery slots run from 5.30am to midnight, seven days a week, with the delivery charge shown at checkout (it varies by order value, time and address). The minimum order is usually £40 plus delivery, with one delivery per day, and Ocado Zoom is its express service with 9,000+ products and a £15 minimum. Smart Pass is Anytime £9.99 a month (£55.49 for six months, £99.99 a year) or Midweek (Tuesday–Thursday) £4.99 a month (£27.99 for six months, £49.99 a year), giving zero delivery charges on eligible orders, Rewards and priority Christmas slots. Changed your mind? Inspect your delivery at the door and decline any item; substitutes you reject aren’t charged, and refunds come via the website or app ‘Request refund’, [email protected] or 0345 656 1234. There’s also a Fresh+ Promise freshness guarantee.
